This policy explains how Nexus Sales Solutions handles your personal data when you book an appointment through our online booking system.
1. Data we collect
When you book an appointment we collect your name, email address and telephone number, plus any notes you choose to add. We also record which service, business setup and staff member you selected, and the date and time of your appointment.
2. How we use your data
We use your contact details to arrange and manage your appointment and to send you a booking confirmation and a reminder, including by email or SMS where configured. This is done under the UK GDPR lawful basis of legitimate interests (and, where applicable, the performance of a contract). We do not use your details for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.
3. Where your data is processed
When you confirm a booking, your details are submitted to the connected booking and customer-management platform, which creates the appointment on the relevant calendar, manages availability to prevent double-bookings, and sends your confirmation and reminder communications. Your data is therefore processed by that platform as our processor for the purposes described above.
4. Marketing consent
The booking form offers two separate, optional checkboxes — one for promotional emails and one for promotional SMS. Both are unticked by default and neither is required to book an appointment. We never send marketing messages without your explicit consent or another lawful basis. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can manage or cancel a booking from the Manage Booking page. To request deletion of your data or to exercise any other right, contact us using the details below.

If you are a customer of a business whose booking system we have installed and configured, please contact that business directly about your appointment — Nexus Sales Solutions supplies and supports the booking system but does not manage clients' individual appointments.
