You can change or cancel your appointment using the secure reschedule and cancellation links in your booking confirmation email. Those links work from any device where you can open that email and update your appointment directly — no phone call required.

How to change your appointment

1Open the booking confirmation email you received when you booked.
2Tap the reschedule or cancel link inside it.
3Your appointment updates on the live calendar straight away, and the freed time becomes available again.

Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't locate it, contact the dealership directly and they'll be happy to help.
